Description


The OTC is a three terminal guarded test cell which is designed for routine laboratory Tan Delta testing on liquid. This cell conforms to ASTM requirements. The OTC is designed with a spherical bottom which offers more uniform stress on the liquid under test, as compared to tapered electrodes.
