Richard Michaud is a founding member and managing partner of the Michaud-Duffy Group. He has nearly two decades of progressively responsible professional experience. He served as managing partner with the 22-lawyer Intellectual Property firm of McCormick, Paulding & Huber LLP and has a broad Intellectual Property practice and negotiating and drafting license, technology transfer which includes patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, litigation and confidentiality agreements. Prior to entering this field, Rick Michaud was a senior design engineer at Dorr Oliver, Incorporated, where he designed and developed industrial centrifuges and process equipment.
